The Finance Committee of the Purdue University Board of Trustees will convene a special meeting on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. EST in Stewart Center, Room 326, on the Purdue University West Lafayette campus.

Furthermore, and in accordance with the Bylaws, the Executive Committee of the Purdue University Board of Trustees will convene a special meeting in Stewart Center, Room 326, on the Purdue University West Lafayette campus on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at 1:15 p.m. EST, or immediately following adjournment of the Finance Committee.  

Members of the Committees may participate by means of electronic communication, pursuant to Article III, Section 3, of the Bylaws and the Electronic Meeting Policy.  Pursuant to Article V, Section 1, of the Bylaws, during intervals between meetings of the Board, and subject to such limitations as may be required by law or specifically imposed by action of the Board, the Executive Committee has the authority to exercise all of the powers of the Board.

Members of the media and the public are welcome to attend the meeting in Stewart Center, Room 326.
